Office Always confirms ahead of time; technician calls on their way out are are upfront about costs -- they go over everything thoroughly before starting; cleaning is always very thorough and carpet dries in 4-6 hours.
We have lived in our home 30 years and have had 4 different carpets over the years -- as we have always had pets, and I am a clean freak! ;]
We have literally tried every carpet cleaner under the sun (!) including buying an industrial carpet cleaner along the way (Way too much work & way too much water goes down!!)
Zerorez is by FAR the best -- the empowered water process is superior in that it does not leave any soapy residue behind to make carpets dirtier down the road.
We currently get our carpets cleaned twice a year (spring & fall) and before with other carpet cleaners, we normally had to clean 4 times per year.
I have recommended Zerorez to my family (who also use now!) as well as neighbors and our friendly mailman!
