We were very happy with our latest ZeroRez carpet cleaning. While we were on vacation, one of our dogs urinated on the carpet in a bedroom. ZeroRez was able to come out and do their deep extraction to remove the stain and smell. I would recommend them not only for carpet cleaning, but also for pet stain and order removal.

I love that every stain that we have had at both of our homes, has been able to be removed! No wet smell, fresh and clean every time! We have had other cleaners that couldn’t even make a dent in the stains.

The gentleman who cleaned the carpet was very detailed in his methods of working on the high traffic areas which, I didn’t think would look as clean as they do but, the 18 year old carpet looks almost brand new.
