I had quite a few stains on the carpet from a previous pet.. 0 Rez came on time, The techcician got right to work and the job was completed very quickly. All the stains were removed and my carpets look like new. I wish pleasantly surprised by how quiet the process is, Much less noise than my vacuuming. My home feels fresh the carpets are soft and clean.
