This was a delightful and awesome experience. Brian instantly set our minds at ease with his direct approach. He took a good look at our area, told us what possibilities were available and let us decide without any pressure. Brian was amazing. He did a wonderful job on all areas . There were areas that we didn't think would ever look good again. Brian worked his magic and those areas look fabulous. He truly is an expert in his field. Our carpets and stairs look and feel great I kept waiting g for the horrid smell you get with most carpet cleaners yet there was none. All in all it was a super positive experience thanks to Brian . We've already booked our holiday cleaning in December with Brian returning. The co.pany should clone him. Thank you for an awesome experience.

I had quite a few stains on the carpet from a previous pet.. 0 Rez came on time, The techcician got right to work and the job was completed very quickly. All the stains were removed and my carpets look like new. I wish pleasantly surprised by how quiet the process is, Much less noise than my vacuuming. My home feels fresh the carpets are soft and clean.
