Dry time is great. Not wet, like most other companies. But you have to let the technician know where the problem spots are, so they can be pretreated.

Simple and easy to contact and schedule. Comprehensive services. Friendly and helpful representative on the phone. Very helpful technician who can make decisions and estimates on the fly for extras in home.

Your staff has a reasonable and human approach. I like that. I asked about an addition on the phone with the rep. and she said if I chose to do that I needed to have garage space and that the technician could verify and estimate. All of which was exactly true. The technician was super friendly with me and my dog. great about communicating about preparing me for noise, etc. before it occurred.

Have used you guys once before, years ago at another house I had already moved out of, so unsupervised, but great outcome, perfect for the house to be staged. Stager and realtor were pleased with cleaning. Everything went as planned even though I didn't have to supervise.

Carpets are clean without chemical residue

Rinel cleaned my carpet cleaned last weekend.
He went above and beyond and did a fantastic job! He was professional and speedy with the sales the cleaning and payment! He answered all my questions and educated me about the best way to handle spills in the future. I will be using Zerorez from now on and encouraging friends and family to do the same!
