The system seems to be an effective way to renew a carpet. Grease has been removed, as well as old food stains and foot traffic wear. This is my second time to use this company and I will certainly use them again.

This was probably my third carpet cleaning with zerorez, this time it was less than stellar. When I called to speak to them about it, they immediately knew who I was, and arranged for a specific tech that I requested (he had cleaned our carpets about 2 services prior and did a great job) to come and re-do the carpets. He did an AMAZING job. I'd rather have a seasoned employee come and do my carpets than a young "newbie" which was the case with the less than stellar cleaning. BUT zerorez made it right and I will continue using their service.

We were very happy with our latest ZeroRez carpet cleaning. While we were on vacation, one of our dogs urinated on the carpet in a bedroom. ZeroRez was able to come out and do their deep extraction to remove the stain and smell. I would recommend them not only for carpet cleaning, but also for pet stain and order removal.

I love that every stain that we have had at both of our homes, has been able to be removed! No wet smell, fresh and clean every time! We have had other cleaners that couldn’t even make a dent in the stains.
