Rafael, the service tech, was very clear about the costs to clean the areas I designated. He also was completely honest about the spots that might not clean successfully (pet urine stains). However, the carpets look great and I can't detect any of the stains. I'm now more optimistic that carpets really can be cleaned, not just made to look better at first and then reveal their old stains again. I was just about ready to go to the expense of replacing my wall-to-wall carpets, which are only three years old. Now I don't have to. Great job!

Nick was very friendly and professional. He was respectful of my home. He did a walkthrough to see the trouble spots on the carpets. He was thorough with attention to detail in cleaning the carpets. I’m very happy with how the carpets are so clean now. There were areas where animals had had pet accidents, but now those areas are eliminated. The carpets are soft with no hard crunchy residue feel to them. Thank you for a job well done.

After being disappointed by a different national carpet cleaner's results a few years ago, we bought a carpet cleaner to do the job ourselves. After the great job by Zerorez, we may never go back to self-cleaning again.

I like the fact that Zerorez does not use soap to clean carpets. I will never use a company who does use soap as a cleaning product. Zerorez is also quick - doesn't take several hours. They are pretty much on-time and if they are not, the service person will call you and let you know when he/she will be there. There is nothing NOT TO LIKE in carpet cleaning. Zerorez is by far the best.
