My furniture upholstery looks like new and no crust on any surface. The technician did a great job especially putting extra focus on certain areas until they were good as new! Also no strong, foul odors left behind.

The technician was on time and very helpful. My carpets are 18 years old and I wasn't sure they would be totally cleaned of all spots. But they now look like new! I love the fast drying carpets. All smells are gone.
