Matthew showed up at right on time at 10:00am (service window was 10:00am-2:00pm) and he was very professional and attentive to our needs and concerns. He was upfront about pricing and expectations and the service we received was exactly what we paid for. This is the second year we have used Zerorez and it won't be the last. Would highly recommend.

Wyatt did a meticulous job of cleaning our carpets. First, he went over the carpet areas lookiing for problem areas, giving me options, and detailing costs. We have pets, so there were problem areas. When he left - the carpets looked and smelled fresh. Zerorez have cleaned our carpets twice a year for many years and we have always been pleased. I would highly recommend their services.

Customer service was amazing! I had ducts cleaned one week and carpets the next. The duct cleaning wasn’t quite what I expected and I provided requested feedback post-service. I was contacted almost immediately and staff came out to make sure the work was complete and I was satisfied. I am grateful for Zerorez and would call on them again for duct and carpet cleaning! Having clean carpet and clean ducts has been so satisfying!
