I like the fact that Zerorez does not use soap to clean carpets. I will never use a company who does use soap as a cleaning product. Zerorez is also quick - doesn't take several hours. They are pretty much on-time and if they are not, the service person will call you and let you know when he/she will be there. There is nothing NOT TO LIKE in carpet cleaning. Zerorez is by far the best.
