Our service person, Gabriel, explained thoroughly at the onset the whole procedure and the options available to us.
We wanted chemicals that were both pet safe and environmentally safe, and they are.
We appreciated the "blue-light" that revealed cat-spit-up spots ready for extra attention.

A young man named Joe cleaned our carpets. He was very polite and efficient and worked very hard to make sure our carpets were really deep cleaned. My wife liked the lemon oil smell and the carpets dried quickly and looked like new.

My carpet can get pretty gross with 4 dogs and 4 humans tracking everything in, but every 6 months I try to get the carpet cleaned. I started calling Zero Rez a few years ago and I will never switch! Our Zerorez service rep, Nick, was thoroughly professional to the time he arrived until he quietly and efficiently loaded his equipment and left. My husband was amazed that Nick accomplished his work on our carpets throughout the house so quickly while he himself napped! We have had Nick back several times and will call Zerorez again in the future! It is wonderful to be able to count on professional, dependable service every time we call!
