Your employee was on time, a very hard worker, and very helpful. She cleaned our area rugs while they remained on top of our hardwood floors and they now look wonderful! Our couches and chairs were also cleaned and look great!

You only have to have your carpets half as many times as the Soap Residue Guys. Ya you can pay a lot extra to have those guys do a rinse but either way it takes a lot longer to dry than Zero Rez. Would not use anyone else ever again.

Joel was exceptional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and didn't try to upsell me on services that I didn't think I needed.
We're extremely happy with how our dirty carpets came out so clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to get their carpets professionally cleaned.

Carpet looks so nice and clean. Cleaner was very professional and courteous. He arrived earlier (with a phone call if it was ok) and put on booties over his shoes.
