Great results, all stains came out, carpet dried quickly. No chemical smell or flowery scent, which is a big plus for us. Our technician was prompt, skilled, efficient, gentle with our home (protecting corners from the hoses). Highly recommend Zerorez!!

Your technician does great work. The only downside was that she arrived at the later end of her service window and ended up later in the day than I had expected when she was done. This has NOTHING to do with your technician or the service- I will just make sure to sign up for window that is earlier in the day next time.

We really are satisfied with the results! Michael was very professional, considerate, punctual and thorough. We had our carpet and tiled floors cleaned. Carpet is so soft and tile so clean! The grout is brighter. I expected 75% better, I got 90% better on the tile. 100% on the carpet. Thanks so much !!!

Your tech was not just on time, but a little early. (Great) He immediately got to work and the hoses were out and ready pretty quick. The two stair cases came out very nicely. The machine he had to use was not able to get up to the baseboard but I mentioned it to him, that I can get some over-the-counter to clean that. All in all. he did a great job in a short time. We'll use the company again, when needed
