Professional courteous technicians and great outcome

Our cleaning technician, Nicholas H. was great. He was extremely professional and helpful, especially taking the time to explain the product as well as the procedure. It was also helpful to get a call saying he was on the way giving me an estimated time of arrival.

The carpets looked great when he was finished and smelled good as well. We will definitely be using this service again.

He did not push, which I appreciated. My carpets look so much better, and in light of the fact that I have a cat that sheds a lot, he got up a lot of cat hair. A great job well done!

Have repeatedly used Zerorez and could not be happier. They are always professional and prompt (generally early). I have dogs and they make stains and I am always impressed with my carpets after they clean my carpets. Now that I have my grandson, I am even more picky about what he is exposed to and that list does not include Zerorez. They always use clean products that will keep the baby and pets safe. I will never use another company after using Zerorez. Love them!!!

I had a large black area on my whitish carpet from foot travel. Your process removed it and blended in the little staining that was left so it was hardly noticeable! No body else has been able to remove it.

You only have to have your carpets half as many times as the Soap Residue Guys. Ya you can pay a lot extra to have those guys do a rinse but either way it takes a lot longer to dry than Zero Rez. Would not use anyone else ever again.
