It is all about the carpets; upholstery, AND the people. We were back to using our home the same day. Everything looks brand new, and the young gentleman who did our work was a pleasure to have in our home.

There was confusion on the day of service because I thought Zerorez would be at my house at 8:00. The person I originally spoke to said I would be the first at 8:00. However, at 8:30 I called the office and the person I spoke with had attitude saying there was a window from 8 to 12. Even if I was wrong, why not show some customer service.
Taylor called me right away gave me an estimated time of arrival. He is a very nice person and did a fine job. He represented your company very well.

My technician was here right on time. Called ahead to let me know when he was arriving. Went over my order prior to starting the job and we made some adjustments. He was thorough and very professional. Please send him to my house for my next carpet cleaning.

Just put her name on my file for next year. I had puppy pee, wear patterns and food stains on the floors and they are gone! I am a very satisfied customer. Not only did she do a great job with the cleaning, but she picked up after herself and is a very pleasant person. Winning combination!
