Results, Cost, Professional and Friendly service
I like that harsh chemicals aren't used. I liked the guy that came out - very thorough and helpful. The only down side was that there are still some places in the carpet where the stains didn't quite come out. Overall though, it's a vast improvement.

Easy to schedule; the staff who clean my carpets are very professional; they don't try to upsell or and anything that is not necessary. My carpets look great, they dried fairly quickly and I like there is no residue.
