Your tech was not just on time, but a little early. (Great) He immediately got to work and the hoses were out and ready pretty quick. The two stair cases came out very nicely. The machine he had to use was not able to get up to the baseboard but I mentioned it to him, that I can get some over-the-counter to clean that. All in all. he did a great job in a short time. We'll use the company again, when needed

This technician particularly was very careful and quick. Most stains were removed without a trace. But just FYI every technician has told me my carpets will dry in about 5 hours. This has never happened, I don’t know if I have thicker carpets or pads but it takes a good 24 hours for them to dry.

From the day I first heard about Zerorez until today, I haven't considered any other option for cleaning my carpets. Customer service is top notch, prices are reasonable and, perhaps, best of all I know its safe for me and my birds because no chemicals are used.

The end result is always soft, clean carpet with no residue or stickiness. I would (do) recommend Zeroez to everyone i talk with about carpet cleaning.
