I was really pleased with your service tech - Giovanni was great, very pleasant and a hard worker. He is also a good salesperson, I got the extra protection. I was amazed at how quick the carpet dried, and it is soft, not post cleaning crunchy. The main reason I had the cleaning done was a musty smell in my home - so far I haven't noticed it again. And I can breath better.
Definitely will use you folks again, and recommend also.

Our tech was courteous, friendly and worked quickly but thoroughly. Our carpets are cleaner than they were.
An improvement would be when you advertise your certain number of rooms for a special price to disclose the price only includes basic carpet cleaning, not deep cleaning. That anything above and beyond would be charged per spot, not per room (like pet soiled areas, stains, etc.).
We like the products that are used on our carpets and furniture. Also, the technician that we had this time did a great job and we hope to have him again!

Zerorez is affordable, non-toxic, effective & efficient. You all did a great job from scheduling all the way up to completing the cleaning process and our carpets look awesome! We have 2 dogs and the treatment that helps address stains & odors from pets worked beautifully. This is the 2nd time we’ve used Zerorez for these services and we plan to use you all again next year.
