I like that harsh chemicals aren't used. I liked the guy that came out - very thorough and helpful. The only down side was that there are still some places in the carpet where the stains didn't quite come out. Overall though, it's a vast improvement.

Great results, all stains came out, carpet dried quickly. No chemical smell or flowery scent, which is a big plus for us. Our technician was prompt, skilled, efficient, gentle with our home (protecting corners from the hoses). Highly recommend Zerorez!!

Your technician does great work. The only downside was that she arrived at the later end of her service window and ended up later in the day than I had expected when she was done.
