The lack of chemical

During the months leading up to having our carpets cleaned I postponed out appointment three times. This was due to having the interior of our house painted, and changes with the painters schedule. Each and every time I called to change the appointment, the person I spoke with was courteous and friendly.

Once the tech showed up on cleaning day he was respectful and professional. My dog is always the first to greet strangers, and our tech, Taylor was friendly to our dog and eased his anxiety.

Taylor did a great job, especially on the high traffic areas that we discussed with him.

After 5 plus years of foot traffic the carpet on the stairs and landing look and feel like brand new. Also, 8 dining room chair cushions came out great. No need for us to be embarrassed about how they looked after they were cleaned. The Zerorez tech was a true professional and made us very happy with the job he did. If ever needed again, we'll definitely use Zerorez.
