The techican was not professional, he didn’t clean behind any doors and didn’t go up to the wall. When I talked with him about it he was cobative which lead me calling the office. He went back and cleaned the areas after he called jis supervisor but he was very annoyed by it and then justified that he “wasnt done” and that he doesnt go up to the baseboards because the machine can get away from him and cause damage. overall cleaning looks good with a couple areas that could have been done better but the hastle of the technician will likely devert me from using the company again.

I love that there is no soapy residue to collect dirt after the cleaning. My carpet stays clean longer. I also find that Zero Rez gets my tile floors cleaner, especially the grout, than any other company I’ve had come to clean.

I have sent an email with my feedback. I have been a longtime customer for many years. I am a real estate agent and have sent many referrals your way and always recommend your company to my clients. Someone is coming back out tomorrow to redo the job. If they are able to clean the tile and carpet, I will be happy to give a good review. Your technician told me that he was not able to get it clean because they are permanent stains that would not come out. If that is the case then I would like a refund on the carpet cleaning. Again details of my experience are in the email I sent from Email address removed they make this right.

The man that you sent did an excellent job. The carpet had some stains that i thought might never be completely removed. He totally removed the stains and left the carpet like new. He left nothing for me to clean up. Excellent job!

They did very good work on the carpet and recliner. They did a good job on the floor except one section of the floor was skipped and needs to be cleaned. It's very obvious where they missed. But the rest of the floor looks fantastic.
