It seems to work really well.

The tech was very nice he put the booties on when looking at the carpet but when he started cleaning the booties we’re off. He was cleaning the carpet without the booties. I am having to clean my floors because of all the dirty footprints he left.

Tech was on top of everything and absolutely the best with communication and keeping me in the loop. The rating of 5 is for him. He was great.
I just can’t believe I paid over 600 dollars for that, there are new stains I saw that were not there before for some reason, and in the master bedroom we had a rug down, which obviously you can see where the rug was because it is super clean underneath it, but after the cleaning it’s still looks the same as it did before, I would assume that the dirty part that wasn’t under the rug would’ve at least been closer to what the under rug carpet looked like but it doesn’t look much different than it did before. I know the carpet was bad, and in bad shape it probably needs replaced I just was expecting something different for over 600, but I’ll also admit I’m no expert or have no experience with carpet cleaning.

Mike was very professional and provided detailed explanations on everything from start to finish!

I glanced at the edges of my bathroom tile, and saw that dark stains that I had hand-scrubbed to no avail were gone. And the sealant around the toilet was stain-free as well. This was true for all the tile edges. I knew you would do a great job on the carpet, but the tile is shining. Thank you!

We are moving out of a rental. Scheduled cleaners come over to do a full house cleaning along with zerorez for the carpet all in the same day. Scheduled for a basic 3 room carpet cleaning. After the house cleaners were done we were not satisfied with the appearance of the tile flooring which is the majority of the house. The zerorez tech showed up and we asked if he had the time, could he clean all the tile also. Tech had no issues with our request and got straight to work. All floors look great and it was finished in a decent amount of time. Great service.

You were great with wanting to make the redo of my carpet right but even after a different technician redid it, it didn't change the outcome. I know the owner of Cleaning Monkeys and he came in and redid it again and it came out perfect. So I don't know what you're missing but it didn't work for me, sorry.

Ryan did an amazing job. I've had Zerorez come clean my floors a few times but for the first time I can see that Ryan actually came out and did the services requested. Amazing. I now know that it is the service technician that makes the product work.

I like that you use chemical free products. I like the quality and professionalism of your service technicians and the quality of their work.

Sorry we’re late with the feedback! My husband forgot to forward me the first email, of course! ☺️ Our rugs didn’t need any sort of deep cleaning, so we knew the appointment shouldn’t take too much time, and it didn’t, and the tech was super pleasant.

Tile floor cleaning

My carpet is only 2 years old, and I don’t think you did a good job on the high traffic areas. I’ve used coconut cleaning in the past, and they’ve made those areas look much better.

Did not get the treatment I was looking for.
Paid $200 and could still see urine stains and the application was really quick.
My last 2 treatments were great. This time was not what I paid for

Clean with no residue.

The carpet cleaning is always stellar. The guy that came this time was just mediocre. I asked for booties, so I don’t have to walk on wet carpet, but he said they don’t get them anymore, so he suggested I wear socks. Yes that’s what I want to do, walk around in wet socks all day.

I understand it’s his job to just come and clean the carpets and not entertain me, but I just didn’t feel a friendly vibe from him.
I had a urine stain from my dog that passed away, and he asked me if I wanted the odor reducer at $60 and I told him no, so he used to the word, that I ‘refused’ the service…. I believe I declined and not refused. Refused a little bit of an aggressive word.

Communication with the guy was quite poor. Not very good English.

I like your ZeroRez supercharged water product. It has multiple uses & works excellent on mirrors & glass. I also want to give a compliment to my technician, Josh George. He is awesome & delivers excellent customer service every time with a job well done. I always ask for him. Please make sure he is recognized for his wonderful service!
