I like the altered PH in the water that lets the water attract the dirt and not necessitate the need for soaps and chemicals. Sine I first used Zerorez 10 to 15 years ago, I have never used another carpet cleaning service. I like the friendliness and willingness to work hard to bring my carpets back to clean again that I find in the techs.
Always do a great job and are on time! Employees are very nice and work hard to get it right. My carpets look great and are soft/fluffy. Thank you!!!

Quick Clean Polite and Efficient
Several items 1) Tried to upsell me an additional $390 treatment. The method was poor taste, almost seemed required. Quote - “For this service, you’ll need a pet treatment. I’ll add that in right now and show you your total.” The upselll was double the cost of the carpet cleaning! 2) The stain did not come out, I feel that may have been on purpose so I call you back for the pet treatment. 3) Tip
culture is out of control, since when does a carpet cleaning service ask for a tip? You already charge a $25 call fee.
We have used zerorez several times in the past and always enjoyed our experience until now. Very disappointed. To make it right, the one room with the stain issue needs redone.

Your tech is superior to other cleaning systems. We own 7 houses and use you exclusively. Plus nearly all of your operators have been superior.
Young man was so pleasant, professional & thorough. He did an EXCELLENT job spot checking the dirty, soiled spots. There was no lingering odor, mess or residue. The tile & grout look like new now & wish I had done it sooner. They are also reasonably priced & zero splashing of cleaner onto furniture. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZEROREZ!

Fast, efficient and did a great job. We bought a house, the carpets were trashed. Zerorez brought them back to life.
Good to check with customer before doing any additional services to get a spot out if there is a charge. If regular cleaning doesn’t get a spot out and a deep clean is needed, always check before doing it so there isn’t unexpected charges

This was the 1st time I use your services, and I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely recommend and use your services again.
We've been using Zerorez for years & have always been very happy. My one issue is when getting a quote you need to let people know you charge a separate $25 service fee. I was quoted $109 then after the work was done my total was $130. You need to give your customers the total price up front & not leave it up to your techs to tell us after the job is done. I know it's not the techs fault on the final price, but I'm sure a lot of othe people do blame your techs, which is not fair. I was fine with paying $130. I just didn't like that I wasn't given the total price initially.

Paul arrived on time having called ahead. He explained the process and he helped me decide to get the hallway done as well taking advantage of the special offer currently running. He did an excellent job and when my wife arrived home she was delighted with the results.

As always, a great job. They even got out a stain that has been there since before the last cleaning.
It would have been nice to receive clarity in regards to what was being cleaned. We have a large room we have use as a living room and a dining room. The room was only cleaned by half. Unsure if it was conserved two additional room, it would have been nice to be told only half the room would be cleaned.
