Ryan who cleaned our carpet was one of the best workers ever.
Due to several instances, he had to get more longer tubing,
etc. and he worked tireless to get it and also more help.
Most workers today would have given up and left, but Ryan
stayed until the job was done and he deserves an increase
in pay! An excellent employee!

This was the very best carpet cleaning I have ever had. Ryan Stevens and his associate Andrew were absolutely wonderful. They were both, very professional but more importantly to me, was how I was treated by them. They were very personable and answered my concerns then gave me a few recommendations I had not thought of. They were very patient and did their work on my carpet very throughly. What was very important to me was after they were finished, I did have a few questions and they did not make me feel like i was taking up too much of their time.Both of these young men are definite assets to your company not only in their approach to their job in doing everything well but the way they interact with their customers. In the future I will always have zerorez on speed dial when I need my carpets cleaned. Thank them for me and thank you Zerorez for living up to your reputation.

I should have asked about chemicals used prior to cleaning, that is my mistake. The shower and shower room tile floor look great.

The rugs and sofa - you can tell where the cleaning was complete and were it wasn't; there are large strokes that were missed and they show the old dirt. The front of the couch cushions running vertical were also not complete.

WILD to me that three rooms of carpart are $129 but two rugs are $100 EACH. I basically feel like I got ripped off.

Last, being asked to tip in front of the person, IN your home, isn't cool at all. It's an absolute joke that I was even asked to tip someone for doing their job, he was lovely and friendly but tipping, come on - I'm tipped to death these days and you are a prime example of a busness that has no business asking for tip.

I believe this is my second time using you, I will not recommend you to anyone ever or use you again myself.

Rob was amazing! After sharing some areas of concern in each of the three rooms he got to work immediately. When finished, he offered some helpful suggestions to minimize high traffic areas. At his suggestion, we agreed to utilize Scotch Guard in our bedroom area.

We were so impressed with his professionalism and work ethic we will request him again.

Product and techs are wonderful. No crushing under your feet when dry, Carpets are sparkling clean.
