The tech broke my daughters bed not just a little break but cracked the headboard. Tells me there is a boo boo finishes the job & the asks for a TIP!!!!
I called the company a few days after to let them know what had happened but I didnt want him to get in trouble because he told me some sob story about how he is raising his 2 girls on his own. But the company never even called me back to make it right! I had to buy my daughter a new head board. Unforgivable how this was handled.

you do a great job cleaning the carpet, service men are always polite and helpful. We do have dog our home and different options are given to clean and protect the carpet should you want to.

This is my second or third time using zerorez, but I don't think the work is worth the money. I did not think it was worth being charged so much when I could have done the same thing with my carpet cleaner myself. I only had to hire a company because our management company required a receipt. Now, I am back at the old house today doing final things before moving and am having to do additional cleaning to the tile for spots that weren't there before. I don't think the technician is at fault as this is something I have noticed previously, its not as clean as you would think it is. I would be fine if it was the amount advertised, not the amount charged.

There were streaks left and spots that were not cleaned on the tile floor.

He was so knowledgeable and informative as well as very professional. I complimented him verbally face-to-face, and told him I was very happy with the way he cleaned my carpet.

I need to say that this is the second time I’ve used Zerorez, but this time really was the best job done.

The carpet pre-treatment product worked very well. I liked that we were able to walk on the carpet before it was completely dried.

Carpets look amazing.

The machine he used left residual on the tile floor and grout. I’m unable to remove it. A technician came out to try and remove still there. Need supervision to make decision on How to can tie ad grout.
