We paid something crazy like $80 for a small spot to be pet treated and it didn’t work. My carpet is 3 months old so it’s not like I was asking for a miracle. But after everything dried it still has the same smell.
Attentive to detail
The gentleman that came out and cleaned our corporate was incredible. Super professional did an amazing job and if we need carpets cleaned again, we want him to come back. He was amazing.!!!!!!
The service person that cleaned my carpets gets the accolades. Enrique was professional, personable, had attention to detail, knowledgeable a terrific listener. He is a superb representative for the Zerorez company. The fundamental basis of Zerorez using no chemicals is a big draw for the success of this company. However, the person, Enrique, is a large compliment in the accumulating success of the company.
Bottom line, my carpets turned out beautifully without waiting hours for drying.
This is my high recommendation.

The carpet was in an old house we just purchased, who knows how old it is. There was no residue and the carpet looks fresh after the tech came in.

No Cruncy, smelly carpets after.
There were numerous carpet stains that the Zero Res tech was NOT able to get removed. We had to remove those stains ourself with Goof Off Carpet. To us that is unacceptable to have to deal with those stains
