Very prompt, in fact they called to see if the technician could arrive early. Entire process took about 1 hour, so it was quick and efficient. The technician explained the entire process and how the system worked. I have always heard the commercials on the radio for Zerorez and I'm very pleased with the results! Thank you!

Zerorez procedure is outstanding. It only takes about 8 hours or less to dry, compare to other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez to my friends and neighbors.

Carpeting was soaked and is still wet from 30 hours ago. A guy came w a fan for 30 minutes today and then took it. It should have been left with us until tomorrow.
Tile cleaning was good
The care that Jordan & Chris took when shampooing the carpet, they’re friendliness and being on time. They were very professional. My carpet looks new and smells great! I also like the feel of the carpet now that it’s dry. Very soft.

The tile cleaning was fine; however, when the technician was removing his equipment he pulled it through our landscape area and pulled out a wired-in landscape light. He also bent over another one of them. The second one was repairable, but the first one is proving more difficult and will be time-consuming. The lights are not "hidden" in any way, it was just carelessness.
