I guess I thought Zero rez vacuums floor when they do the carpet cleaning and we asked him to do our closet, just vacuum it as we didn't want to pay more for such a small place. And he stated they don't vacuum so our closet wasn't done. And then we asked for a quote on tile and we just thought it was outrageous. We have more carpet then tile, the carpet was 180 and he quoted the tile to be around $500! We were just, again, amazed at the high cost. So I don't know if zero rez is such a good value

Our cleaning time was moved later by a few hrs, The representative arrived around 4:30Pm. We had 2 rooms of carpet and 5 rooms of tile to be cleaned so I knew it was going to be a long evening. The cleaning representative went to work quickly and efficiently. I am sure we were his last appointment for the day. In no way did he hurry the process and explained what he was doing. He completed the job around 7:30PM. At the time it was clear to see the improvement in the tile. The next day however with the sun shining in ,the tile look brand new and the carpets were clean and soft. I have always used Zerorez for my carpets and was extremely satisfied. This was the first time in our new home of 3 years that we used Zerorez for tile cleaning. It will certainly not be the last time. I continue to be a satisfied customer and will call Zerorez for future cleanings. Thank you for you great service.

My service was done (what I asked for) and appears to be well done at this point. The gentlemen that came to our home for great, and efficient. I feel I got what I asked for.

My carpet looks fantastic! I am SO happy that I called ZeroRes! My carpet technicians Trey and Terran were prompt and courteous. After assessing my carpet cleaning needs the three rooms and hallway were spot treated and thoroughly cleaned. Trey and I also discussed my tile and never before cleaned grout. He cleaned a sample area in the foyer and revealed the original color which was at least 6 shades lighter! He gave me a quote (very reasonable!) and suggested the grout sealing which will preserve the actual color. I am now planning to schedule grout cleaning.

I am over-the-moon happy thanks to ZeroRes. I thoroughly recommend this company!

Your carpet cleaning service was great but I would not recommend your tile cleaning services. Our grout did not come clean as I expected.

Courteous, professional and careful technician cleaned an 8 X 10 rug very nicely.

Our technician Matt did an excellent job. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. It was obvious that he is a diligent worker. We really appreciate the service & love our sparkling clean tile & area rugs!

I like the results -- just had my tile cleaned -- it is old and has lots of grout lines-- your service person was great and the tile looks great. I have also used Zerorez for my carpeting - and they do a great job. My only issue is trying to move my own furniture - but i understand your policy.
PS i have allergies and your product does not contain perfume scented products.

The men who came were outstanding! Nice, fast, and inquired about areas of concerns. There are a few spots I thought would look a little better but besides those spots, the carpets are perfect.

Chris was on time,explained everything and did what appears to be a thorough job of cleaning our very old grout.,

This was the 2nd time I used zerorez. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was extremely nice and did a great job of getting them clean. However, after they dried, they were crunchy like with the other company I used to use, so I was disappointed with that. I will use zerorez again, I’m getting company tomorrow & don’t need further assistance. Thx for listening

Ive used Zero rez many times in the last 10 yrs and this time for some reason my tile didnt come out as clean as prior times.

Quick and effective. Also customer friendly.

I like that no chemicals are used in the basic cleaning. I did opt for the scotch guard-type product after the cleaning to hopefully protect it better. Hoping that wasn't a mistake.
The 2 guys that came were extremely personable and helpful and prompt.
