Cleaning after job from messes with your equipment
We are very pleased with the results of our carpet cleaning and especially with our technician who was careful and paid attention to details. James, our technician, answered all of our questions before starting. He talked about each room and described the expected results of the cleaning. James was very careful of our furniture and walk while cleaning and even cleaned between furniture. Our carpets look so much better! We like the ZeroRez water solution and process because it does not leave a residue nor a smell.
Alway clean and dries quickly with no residue.

The thing I did not like is I got and an email saying 3 rooms for $138. It did not say just for carpet but apparently thats what it meant. I paid a lot more than expected and could not afford all the areas we had hoped for. Poor advertising and as a many times repeat customer I was disappointed.
