Wow I manage a Drycleaners and when one of my customers ask about carpet cleaning I always suggest your company, funny thing is I never used your services although just loved your concept and I finally had a chance to book an appointment with you for my moms house and we'll all I can say is that they came out fantastic like brand new her carpet is 12 years old and they were pretty nasty. The customer service was about and beyond , also.

The first time I had zero rez come out they did a great job and I was sooo soo pleased , this last time there was still several spots that don't look they were cleaned at all.

The floors didn’t even look like they were cleaned. We could still see the outline of where our rug was to put it back after the cleaning. The tech sealed our bathroom floors without cleaning them and knew they were dirty. Our carpet was hard and crunchy after the cleaning and we were told by other people that didn’t happen with this company.

I had my carpet and tile cleaned a week ago. The tile looks like new and my carpet looks great too! I like the fact that my carpets dye pretty gas and they aren’t crunchy like when I’ve had them cleaned by others.
A technician by the name of Jessie did the work and he was awesome! Very professional and a hard worker. He explained what to expect and didn’t disappoint. I’m very happy with the results.

Tech was extremely professional. Was concerned cleaning my slate tile would ruin it so he tested a small area and found it was stripping the sealant off. So he didn’t continue and talked to me and we decided not to continue with cleaning. He saved my floor.
