Gentleman was very helpful. He explained services & worked hard to provide great customer service. He even had equipment malfunction & soldiered on. My tile looked & felt great. Disappointingly, there were a couple stains on my rug that showed up once it dried.
Alice was great and very accommodating when I had to reschedule twice, and she provided excellent customer service.
Shawn, our technician, did an excellent job of getting all our stains out. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. I think he should train all technicians. He takes pride in his work. I would love to have the same tech come out for the next cleaning. I would highly recommend Zerorez to other churches, family, and friends.
Carpet isn't clean. An evaluation to see why and if there's a remedy would be nice.

I did not appreciate the technician. He was just strange and only wanted to sell me more stuff. He also drug his hoses over my lovely potted plants on the front porch. He could have asked me to move them as I didn’t see the damage until he was leaving. I’ll use zero red again because ur product is terrific just don’t want j again on my home. Thanks
Great associate and service I just felt the added charges to get carpets very clean from dog poop mistakes were extremely high.

Technician was early and did a good job explaining what could be done to help my older carpet look better. Turned out really great!
I did not pay extra to get all the stains out so I understand there still being some feces stains but the carpets don’t even look much cleaner and there’s significant staining. I could have gotten more out myself.
Very professional and did a great job of cleaning the carpets and protecting the interior of the home from the hose around the corners.

Again, Ryan Stevens did an outstanding job on our carpets. He tackled a teenager's room that had many, many stains and he was able to use your extra cleaning products to rejuvenate this carpet. Thank you Ryan!!! and Zerorez!!!
Rob did an excellent job! He was professional and friendly. This is our 3rd time using Zerorex and we are extremely pleased.
I like that you don't use smelly, toxic chemicals and that it doesn't leave the carpet crunchy feeling.
Like that there is no soap in it. Luis does a great job, however, we have had some that did not do so well.

Carpets are clean and not stiff.
What I like most is that you produce the desired results. My carpets and furniture were clean, bright and fresh-smelling when you left. The technician, Paul, was very friendly and accommodating. He went the extra mile to assure my satisfaction.
Grout was cleaned nicely, however technician did not move the chairs around the table, so where the grout was the worst was just left. Disappointed spending over $700 and kitchen chairs weren’t moved.
Very detailed introduction to the services that will be provided at the time of service. The staff at their office were very professional and friendly. They explained their process and prices with all alternatives available. The home service itself was excellent and met all my requirements. The serviceman , Alex was very friendly and professional. He also offered a military discount which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing quality carpet cleaning in their residence or business. My carpet looks and smells awesome!
I have ceramic tile thru the house and with 2 dogs and 2 grandkids it needed cleaning. Andrew was my service person. He was friendly and did a great job cleaning the floor. Smelled and looked fantastic when he was done.
