Just did great job, explained what each step would be, great job on clean up!!
Our technician, Josh, worked diligently to clean and remove stains in carpet and upholstery and was very thorough in explaining what he had done.
We have been customers of Zerorez for several years and have always been very satisfied with the customer service and results.

My carpet looks amazing. My technician David T. did an above and beyond job of cleaning my carpet. David did a great job of explaining the process also. I would highly recommend David as well as Zerorez to anyone that needs their carpet cleaned.
No chemicals
The gentleman that came to clean the floors did wonderful. I originally spoke with a very lovely but potentially newer girl over the phone, she and I spoke about the stairs several time before she quoted me. When the guy came to clean the carpets , he said there was zero mention of the stairs and was about to increase the cost by 50% of the quote!!! That’s huge, I almost had to send him away because I was not prepared to pay double the quote. He did as much as he could to accommodate me and I appreciate his patience.
They did a very good job and made the carpet like new again. I like the way it is no longer matted down.

Thoroughly clean carpets and tile. Been a customer for more years than I can remember. Using Zerorez has extended the life of my carpet!! I am 100% sure of this. :)

You walk the talk
There are lots of enzyme cleaners on the market that do a good job of getting up pet odors. Would be great if you could have those available, if needed.
Taking an area rug in to have it washed is not a reasonable option or paying $225 for a installed carpet that had been cleaned before but the stains keep reappearing.
Overall your cleaning process is great, but could be improved by being able to cleanup after our pets better at a more reasonable price.
I am seriously thinking about getting rid of all my carpet and doing my own area rug cleaning. Although you can still do the sofa.

Pending the results of another company's carpet cleaning of the carpets that ZeroRez did, we would better answer this question. After ZeroRez left our property, after the carpets dried, we saw that they still looked as bad as they were before ZeroRez "cleaning". Our Realtor felt so strongly about the dirty carpet appearance that he insisted that he would pay for his favorite carpet cleaning company to re-do the job.
I hope these comments will help ZeroRez to find ways to do a better job, even to the extent that the cleaner operator could give an honest opinion of the carpets' "come clean" turnout. Our records show that ZeroRez did these same carpets in May of 2022.
We don't expect a refund or a return visit, but if the second cleaning company isn't successful, I will apologize.In any case, there is little chance that we will make any carpet cleaning recommendations to friends.

I had my carpeted hallway and stairs cleaned Wednesday morning of this week. As of this morning the carpets are still damp and crunchy. When the technician left, the carpet was soaking wet. I hired Zerorez because I thought the carpets were supposed to dry quickly but I'm very disappointed.
