The technician came when he said he would, kept us informed of what he was doing and worked efficiently. The job was done per our requirements. The place was left clean and ready to go as soon as it dried.

November 4, Michael A did a terrific job of cleaning our carpets. He showed me what he was extracting out of the carpets. Yuck. He explained the process. The carpets look clean. and now that they are dry, they are not crunchy.

He also did a test area for cleaning my tile and grout, which is a great idea. Since I couldn’t see much of a difference so I opted not to have the tile cleaned after all.

He was professional in demeanor and was pleasant.

Service was great....I was disappointed that the carpet didn't come cleaner. I'm thinking this was maybe because we didn't have it cleaned sooner. Have never had any carpet cleaned prior to this.....Also the estimate went from $410 to $1160 due to treatment for our pets. Cody the tech spent a lot of time trying. The raise in the estimate should have covered that......?
