The person who "cleaned" my tiles did a very poor job. My master bathroom he stripped the grout color and did not put a color sealant on it. Also. left parts of the floor filthy, and totally took off the wood from the bottom of my cabinet. In the small hallway and small bathroom, which he upped the price, he tore off part of the baseboards that I had just repainted a week ago. Also left parts of the floor dirty. The floors did not look like they even had any sealant. I will never use your company again.

It was super fast. The technician was very friendly and efficient. The carpet looks fabulous.
I paid over $500 to have my tile and grout cleaned and sealed and my grout was still not clean. My floors are less than a year old and I was able to get it cleaned but your company was not. Your tech ran out of sealant mid job and told us we can buy it at home depot to finish the floors. Just overall not what I paid a lot of money for. We are now doing it ourselves.

The gentleman that came to do the carpet cleaning was great! Very friendly, informative and honest. He was somewhat new to the job/ company and seemed like he had been there for a while. He explained that he couldn’t guarantee some set in spots, but promised to do his very best. It looked amazing after he was finished. I wish I remembered his name- he serviced my Moms house on Banning St on 9/8. Thank you!

Highest quality carpet cleaning service
As always, Zerorez does not disappoint! The technician was on time, courteous, and hard working. He made sure to explain everything about the services I was to receive and their costs. No surprises! Clean up was immaculate! Matthew is delightful!
We had our tile and one room of carpet cleaned on 9/24/22. My invoice was sent to my husband and so I didn't receive it until Monday 9/26/22 and it showed that I could call or text if I was not satisfied with the service and because I answer phones at my job I opted to text. To date (9/29/2022) I have yet to hear back from anyone. I'm very disappointed because we used your services at our old house and we were happy with the results so we expected the same now. The tech kept stating that he was "new" and it showed. He was scheduled to come 4-6 and he did show up at 4 pm however he was slow and kept going in and out and thus he didn't end up leaving our home until past 730 pm. The tile was left spotty and even showed the rotary marks of the tool that he used plus his boot marks and he scraped my base boards. After he left I had to mop and scrub for over an hour and I still have those marks on my tile. Our home was new construction and its under 3 years old. The tech kept referring to "how clean" our tile was and rightly so because its fairly new. Then he proceeded to inform us of how filthy the residents he cleaned previously had been. My worry is that he used the dirty cleaning pads that he had used at the other homes. I'm so upset! I want my tiles redone but I do NOT want that same tech to do it. I need a tech that has experience and knows what good customer service is supposed to be. This whole experience has been the worst!

Clean carpet, on time, friendly and professional service
Some of the grout is still stained but I was able to clean it with vinegar and a toothbrush. I was hoping your zerorez machine would do that more effectively.
Also, where all the puddles of excess water were left are collecting dirt and are visible and gritty. They are all over the place. I'm going to have to clean the floor again to get rid of those areas where the excess water puddled. Kind of disappointed that after spending $700 I'm going to have to manually clean some of my floors again.
