I have had several amazing experiences in the past related to quality of work, communication and final results. This experience was under par. I requested a 30 min call ahead and received a call 5 minutes prior this is 1 of 10 rental properties we own. The technician had minimal communication skills. The end result was not at the exceptional level I experienced in the past. The home was vacant with one small table in the entire home. I understand that COVID has taken its toll on the labor pool. For this reason I will consider Zero Rez in the future. Lastly he said he would provide me with foot coverings as I was working in the house and he instructed me not to walk on the floor. when I went out since he did not return, he must have forgotten and drove off.

The technician was very thorough. One of my carpets had a strong dog urine odor. He spent a few hours working on the issue. When it finally appeared the odor was gone he assured me that if it comes back Zerorez would stand behind their work and would come out to try to resolve again.

Technician were on time, careful with furniture, explains what to expect and does a good job. Price is comparable to other similar companies

Where the technicians were punctual they did not get the "dog slobber" out of the chair fabric. But I was still charged full price. Probably won't use again for upholstered chairs as they didn't get very clean.

The carpeting is very stiff. This is very unusual for our carpeting which is a very high quality - soft carpet. (You can almost hear a crunch when you walk over it.) We're glad we arranged to leave immediately after Angel completed the cleaning, and not return until yesterday, Tuesday. Angel stated it would take about eight (8) hours to completely dry. Seemed like a really long time especially since zerorez is supposed to get rid of most of the moisture.

We would not be able to recommend zerorez to friends for carpet cleaning.

I was entirely sick of carpets getting dirty about 5 minutes after they were cleaned by other companies.
Your price is slightly higher but I know I will not need cleaning nearly is often!
