I appreciated the professional manner in which everything was done. I received text notifications confirming my appointment and then updates letting me know when the technician would be arriving. The technician was dressed professionally, explained the process, cleaned the carpet, and took care to indicate where the floor might be wet. The carpet looks great and feels clean (no soapy residue!). This is my second time using Zerorez, and I don't plan on using any other company for my carpet-cleaning needs.

138$ dollar two room special turned into a 240$ invoice. Tech was nice kid, but didn't call and let know he was on his way. Had to scramble to get someone there. First time had service done was amazing, this time around alot of grout joints are different shades of clean....

So I’ve used you guys before and noticed the same problem. It looks very nice and clean when it’s wet, but as soon as it dries, it’s still dirty and stains still there. It’s unfortunate because the service is amazing.

I had hoped some of the stains would have come up better, but overall pretty good. The carpet was 15 years old and I would have just replaced it if the furniture removal wouldn't have been so much work.

This was my first time using Zerorez and I was blown away by how clean my carpets were after our service. We fostered a puppy who had a bad habit of leaving little piddles in our hallway. They were hard to see and as time went on they started to darken. I had no expectations as to what Zerorez was going to be able to do to remove the stain. After our service the stains were all gone and the carpet looks brand new. Our technician, Dave, was also extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

The technician started off by walking through our home dumping a container of cleaner on the floor, allowing the liquid to splash on the walls and cabinets. After he was done cleaning there was a very thick reside left behind on all of the tile surfaces. We've had to mop the floors multiple times to get it up. The technician also hit kitchen counters and baseboard repeatedly with the cleaning machine but there's no way he could have been aware of it because he had his ear phones in and was paying attention to something obviously more important than the job at hand. After all of that he left behind the empty bottle of cleaner for us to throw away.

I am very dissatisfied with the carpet cleaning. I paid extra for deodorant to combat pet smells. I was informed by the technician that the areas of dog urine were minimal and did not require “surgery”. After the carpet cleaning and treatment, the area actually smells more of urine now than it did prior to the carpet cleaning. It is very upsetting considering how much money I paid.

Great technique to get deep down into carpet getting animal hair out. Techs are fast and efficient. My carpet feels and smells clean. Grout cleaning has amazing results as well and looks like new tile.
