Clean
The staff was friendly and professional. They did a great job and my carpets were dry for us to put our rooms back in order the same day. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of rooms that they cleaned. The techs that came to our home made sure that there were not any concerns before starting - spills, spots, etc.
The carpet cleaner was fast. The carpet was thoroughly clean. It dried fast and looked like new with no residue.
Jessie was informative and very helpful! He did an excellent job on our carpets!
I was very happy with my technician. He worked very hard to get out pet stains and was successful. I did not even think it would be possible but he worked some magic on them. So appreciative. Will definitely use again!
Great employees and service each time!
The grout does not look much different than before. There was dirty water stains/residue left on the tile after cleaning was complete, which I now have to clean. Which makes me believe there is dirty water left in/on my carpets as well I just can't see it because it's carpet. I will say, the employee was able to get one stain out in the downstairs bedroom. Overall, just a bit disappointed after paying almost $600 for the cleaning.

The rug doesn’t even look like it was cleaned, very disappointed. I was also quoted 750 to use the chemical treatment for pet urine. Unbelievable!! That is not even rational. I think y’all seriously need to look at pricing your product reasonably. The space was so small and it wasn’t even needed. Felt like a big scam.
Professional, and punctual! Which means so much to me! Carpets looked, felt and smelled amazing. We have a huge sectional we had cleaned and it looked BRAND NEW.

Technicians do a great job cleaning carpets. My carpets look great after cleaning, and they dry much faster than when I've had my carpets cleaned by other companies. I really don't care to use another company. Highly recommend.
You could offer to place corner protectors for where the hoses rub the floorboards. Also, there was one piece of furniture that I moved while the floor was being cleaned because I couldn't really put it anywhere else, but it was lightweight. Offering pieces of foam to go under the legs of that piece of furniture would have been very helpful since I had no choice but to put it on the wet carpet. I'm not unhappy with the service, but little things like that would have changed my score to a 10. As it was, the communication, ease of scheduling, punctuality, professionalism, and efficiency were amazing. Thank you!

We had a clear are that needed cleaning and parts were missed. We called to have someone come fix it and haven’t heard back.
Great job as always. Tech was super nice. One suggestion. I didn’t really feel comfortable watching him input my credit card info into his personal phone. Techs should be equipped with a tablet or something a bit more official and secured. Optics are important.
