very happy with the results
We have used Zerorez for the past 10 yrs in three homes, Gilbert, Glendale now Peoria for our Carpet and Area Rugs. Never disappoints, expert technicians and most importantly great results. Highly recommend you give them a call!
Used your company for several years. Always happy with the results. Also happy the service tech DID NOT chip the tile on my steps which has happened several times in the past!

Since this is the first time I have had upolstry/sectional professionally cleaned, I'm not sure what else could be improved.
It did seem like a fairly large cleaning project for one person, which took about 4 hours.
I opted to get the protectant hoping any further car urine could be cleaned off more easily without it soaking in.
As I watched most of the cleaning procedure I was only a little unsure about 2 things.
I found that it's Not recommended to use hot water to clean upholstery, carpet with animal urine issues ?
Also, the protective substance at the end seem like just a lite spray kind of here and there, but didn't appear to be, what I would consider, a liberal coating over all material ?
Anyway......we'll see if our rescue cats still smell urine and continue to mark/spray.

I think your products are great. Service is also very good. Techs are friendly, answer questions, and work neatly and effectively. This is the second time I have used your services. Both times, I was very pleased. The first time I had my tile floors & area rug cleaned. This time I had 2 couches and an area rug cleaned. Both technicians I had were very good. Luis C was here this week and did a really great job. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.
