I was very pleased with the service tech, Jon Snider. He patiently answered my questions. Advised as to what to expect. Completed the job to my satisfaction. To my surprise you bring your own water and take the gray water with you. I had anticipated the discard to be placed into my plumbing and it was not. That was a plus not having to clean my sink or tub after carpet cleaning gray water disposal. I have already recommended your company and will continue to do so. Thank You.
Our carpets are old and they were very dirty. Zerorez has made them look nearly new. It even took up some black mold from an old undetected water leak. Terrific product, terrific service.

Cody was your representative and he was outstanding. Worked hard, showed us some additional suggestions of product and we purchased those as well. From a special of $129,he increased the service to $400.
