The process did a very good job and the tech was very capable.
I've used your services several times in the past and have always been happy about the finished product. This is the first time I had requested to have my sofa and love seat cleaned. When I set up the appointment and inquired as to the price for each piece I was quoted $130 for the sofa and $100 for the love seat. When the technician arrived he said it would an additional $10 per loose back pillow, adding an additional $80 to the bill for those two pieces. I feel I should have been told there was an additional amount if the sofa or love seat had loose back pillows. I was not happy and will think twice about having my upholstery done by your company in the future.
Although the technician did a good job, he was pushy. I did not like being pressured in to additional services after spending $412.00.

I liked the way it smelled, no chemicals, just a light citrus smell. The rugs were very soft too the touch when you ran your hand across them when they were dry. Not stiff. The f
urniture was cleaned and it looked new and even felt new. The whole experience was great.
How quick and how effective the process was.

ON TIME AND SO FAR I'M VERY PLEASESD WITH THE LOOK AND FEEL OF HE CARPET. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NEAT AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I PROVIDED HIM WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER THE SAME MORNING.
When I scheduled the service, I wasn't told about the change of cost for a room over 300 sq, ft. and I wasn't told about the three differences in cost for an area rug. Your technician was very nice and tried his best to please my expectations but my costs went up exponentially when he quoted the cost. I had him eliminate two bedrooms. Your costs are way above average and I don't see a difference in the cleaning.

Mason Hunt was very professional and thorough. When I moved into my home a year ago, the carpets had not been cleaned in 10 years. After they dried, I vacuumed every room with my Dyson, which has a clear cannister. There was absolutely no dirt in the canister. The carpets look like new. Zerorez will be the only cleaning service I use! I have already recommended Zerorez to several neighbors and friends! I paid no more for zerorez than others I've used, but have never been 100% satisfied until now. Thank you for a great product!

Even after the Quick Dry the carpets remained wet until the next morning.
I was told I would be charged $25 dollars for the bathroom but I was charged
$50 dollars.
