my carpets look exceptionally clean and they were EXCEPTIONALLY dirty since previously I have had bad experiences when getting them cleaned. i have already recommended them to two other friends.

we have used your services for the past several years on our private home, our daughters home and our rental property. Just this past week we once again needed a whole house carpet cleaning on our rental and were very disappointed due to the fact that while we paid for the cleaning service, the service assistant identified that there were several pet stains from the past tenants pet. He treated these and we were charged quite a bit extra which we paid. When my husband and I went over to check the carpet for our new tenant, we noticed that not only were the stains still there, the carpet smelled like urine. When I called to say that I do not think they were treated properly, I was told " oh, you only paid for topical treatment, if you want the carpet to be cleaned to the pad, you have to pay 75.00 more." I am needing this carpet cleaned properly, I paid EXTRA for that service and did not get the service I paid for. They are coming back Monday. We will be there to watch what he is doing, pay the extra that you are demanding, but will not call you in the future.

carpets were much softer and cleaner than any other cleaning I have tried. The tech was on time, and finished much quicker than I expected.

My husband and I were are thrilled with the appearance of our carpets after Alan (our Zerorez guy) was finished with them. They haven't looked this good since after we first got them installed. Alan was very energetic, helpful and informative; he answered all our questions and then some! I'm anxious to have Zerorez come back and clean my couches and tile floor! (I love how Zerorez is a palindrome -- very clever I'd say!)

I like the shampooing outcome and the fellow doing the work was very nice but I felt like he was pressuring me to let him clean my couch and spray something special on all of the carpet when he was done. Over all I think it was expensive.

I am a repeat customer. I should not have to retrieve my driver's liscense to pay the bill. I found it very annoying--

The ingredients that were used and the cleaniness of the carpet

Carpets always look wonderful and especially clean. So much better than other services used before, even though it's been a long time since I've used other companies. I'm also impressed with the young men who come to my home. They're exceptional and always professional and well spoken. As a side note, I volunteer some of my time at our Sun City West Consumer Services office, and it's often difficult to refer callers to other carpet cleaning companies that are listed in our data base. You may want to consider registering with them.

My technician was wonderful. He was very courteous and tried very hard, yet my living room still smells of pet urine and will need a second treatment.u

The fact that there is no odor or residue was huge in making our decision to choose ZEROREZ to clean the rental property we were about to move into. We were elated to know your method of cleaning provided a sanitary carpet my grand daughter can crawl on.

excellent service and the carpet was really dirty and now it is clean

We had tile, carpet and ducts cleaned. The technician didn't start the job until close to noon. The carpets were not done until 3:30 and this left us with wet carpet through the night. We feel that a job of this size should have been started earlier in the day or had 2 people to complete the work.

After the job was complete, we noticed that insulation was dropping out of the duct in the family room, along with a piece of plastic liner. After a phone call, Nathan did come to the house to repair the duct that had been damaged when Jon did the cleaning.

When we have had the tile cleaned by other companies in the past, they did a much more thorough job, being sure to wipe the baseboards. This was not done by Zerorez.

Overall, this was not a positive experience and we are not likely to use your services again.

Ease of making an appointment, the reminder email with instructions, the receipt that was sent within minutes of completing the job, and the very polite and knowledgeable technician.
