I'm probably one of the few Property Managers in the Phoenix area that use Zerorez in between tenants. They are not the cheapest but they save carpet and extend the replacement by many years. I have been using Zerorez exclusively for >6 years.
While i believe the service is great-I feel that the pricing is high. I am not sure we would use zerorez again for that reason/
I asked for two rooms to be done as one as there was very small areas in both (just around the beds) and it was refused.
The product and the service, especially not being high pressured into taking any of the other services. You are told what the options are, and the benefits they have, and you decide whether or not you need them.
We have not been disappointed.
I like the thoroughly clean carpet with the Zerorez method. I've been a customer for some time and again, I'll mention that the old "ghost stains" that would reappear soon after other cleaning methods, DOES NOT occur with Zerorez! I've also been very pleased with the grout cleaning on my kitchen floor.
I want to mention that Derek was very helpful, neat and professional. He kindly placed my dining chairs on the dining table so he could thoroughly clean under the table. I would only ask that if he does this again for other customers, the dining chairs should be turned upside down so the upholstered seat is placed in the table top. He lifted the chairs right side up and placed them on the table. No damage was done, but the chair legs could potentially scratch the table surface.
Zerorez can count on me to be a permanent customer.

The nontoxic cleaning solution that was used, so that I know that both the baby and the pets will be safe. The carpets, after they dried, were not crunchy feeling, but soft. I used the solution on a stain that has been on a sofa for weeks and it cleaned it after just one treatment! (I've treated this stain at least four times with upholstery cleaner which just wasn't working). I am very impressed with Zerorez's products and services. Cody did a wonderful job!

The tech did not say that the protective spray was extra. The Tech should have included either the hall or additional area as the third room. The closet is not larger enough to be considered a room.

Keep prices competitive. Spraying for pet stain removal in walking areas are very high PER ROOM. The gentleman you sent...Mason...was great, polite and had good people skills....and did a yeoman's job of cleaning our 7 year old carpets. I will suggest your company to friends w/o pets as there are other A+ (BBB) companies that don't charge that much for pretreating.
This is the second time I've used Zerorez to clean my carpets. The service technicians both times were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant and did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets. I will never use another carpet cleaner other than Zerorez.
Your techs are very professional and clean. my tile looks like new, the carpet dried very fast and you cleaned a mattress and box spring and got it looking almost like new. thanks you.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing. The product seemed to do a good job. I liked the fact that the dry time was only four to six hours.

Same day service, friendly and knowledgable Tech.and not high pressure for extras even though he did try. If it had been done during the summer, the carpet would have been dry the same day. Fast, no mess and smelled fresh when he left and still does.
