Your process seems to really clean without the dirt appearing a couple of days later.
Explained how they were going to perform the services and showed us the equipment before the services we requested were started and gave 110% customer service which is very rare nowadays. Very professional 2 man crew! So happy with the way they brightened my sofa, chair, ottoman and pillows...amazing! Jonathan demonstrated how great the cleaner shines stainless steel and bought a large container for home use. Started recommending it to my family and friends.
The result was as good as I could have expected (older carpet, some bad discoloration). The worker was on his cell phone for at least 30 minutes during the job (probably a common thing these days). He may very well have been talking to someone at your office and he seemed to have done a good job. Just old fashioned. Guess I would have preferred that 100% of the attention be focused on the job at hand.
Although we had planned to have only our carpet cleaned, when the technician, Ken, arrived I asked him if you also cleaned furniture. He said "yes we do", and told me he had the time to do it if I wanted him to. He did a fantastic job with both our 26-year old carpet and our 26-year old sectional, plus 2 recliner chairs. Everything looks brand new. We were very pleased with the service, and the nice job Ken did. We would definitely refer your company to our friends and family.

Great job with scheduling and notification of when work was to be performed. The service man was totally awesome and did the work all by himself when i assumed there would be a "crew" arriving. This man worked nonstop and really deserves a lot of credit. He was very polite and was very knowledgeable about your product. I cannot give him enough credit, what a great ambassodor for your company. The overall job could not have been done any better and i have already given your name out as a wonderful company to do business with.

We loved the way the tile floors and carpet came out and that was because of the attention that Steve paid to the detail of making these areas look great! Steve was very personable and answered all of our questions and explained the process and the results we could expect. He also told us about Zerorez water that we could purchase to clean our home. Of course we purchased it!!!
