Your driver asked to park on my paver driveway and I told him he could. When he left his van leaked oil staining my pavers. I paid to have my carpets cleaned which I appreciate I just didn't pay to have my driveway stained. Got one clean and the other dirty. Not a good trade off.

We recently had Zerorez come in and do our carpets (Thanks, Todd H!!) after we had a horrible experience with another local cleaner. Zerorez was a little bit more expensive but definitely worth it. The carpet was cleaned professionally and thoroughly, and Todd worked extra hard on getting some deep stains out of the living room rug. The most impressive thing to me, though, was how quickly the carpet dried after Todd left - we were able to move all our furniture in all the rooms back in less than 3 hours!!

I was skeptical, very skeptical! Using water to clean? Really? I was so surprised to see my carpets come back to life! Stains gone! The carpet is soft and beautiful! I will NEVER use a traditional carpet cleaner again! The technician that came out was clean, efficient and informative through out the entire process.
