I like that you gave me a two hour time frame for our appointment instead of a 5 hour one. I like that your people call 1/2 an hour before they arrive. The guys who did our carpets were professional and friendly. I don't care for the upsell at the time of appointment. If it was best for me to add scotch guard, in order for me to maintain my carpet's warranty, I should have been told when I made my appointment instead of on the day when they showed up. I like to contain my budget and I went from a coupon of 3 rooms for $129 to a total of $315. It was worth it but it was double what I had planned on paying when I called for my appointment. I knew about some of the additions before they arrived but my add ons happened not only when I made my appointment but also on the day of the cleaning. Just feels like nickle and dimeing. If I didn't have the money from my income tax return I wouldn't have had enough to complete the job.

The carpets came pretty clean and the homeowner thought they looked great. Nice JOB. The technicians were very personable and provided detailed information and answered all my questions in a professional and courteous manner. Very nice gentlemen and I will have them clean my new carpet when ready

My sofas and carpet look NEW. And the Zerorez technician was hard working and very polite.
I asked for 2 chairs to be cleaned and they both still looks dirty. quite frankly it looks like no one attempted to clean them; there is no difference between before and after. a friend of mine saw the chairs yesterday and also mentioned the chairs did not look like they had been cleaned.
