Carpet looks great. Spots gone. Very professional employee! Dries quickly!
Last year I had several cleaning services clean these carpets, however within days glaring spots were reappearing, soon the entire carpeted was spotted again, which I found unacceptable.
It has been 5-6 weeks since your carpet cleaning service cleaned my carpets. I can and do recommend your services. You were able to clean them and to date they remain clean. Yes, the high traffic areas are beginning to display a shadow, which can be reduced by vacuuming. I will have you back. Thank You

I did not feel our large area rug was cleaned well. It is 100% wool and I understand the technician was trying to be very careful, but after he left we noticed several areas that still appeared dirty and a couple of spots that I actually cleaned afterwards on my own. The regular rugs were done well, and an entry rug that was also 100% wool looks much better, but I am disappointed with the outcome of my large area rug because several areas did not come clean. I don't think the water was enough to get the job done.
It really cleans the carpet, the Technican was a very nice gentleman.
We absolutely loved the timing and efficiency that Zerorez used for our first cleaning. We have used multiple companies in the past, trying to find the most affordable route and when we requested service with Zerorez we knew we'd pay a little more but though, why not give it a shot? We were quoted accurately over the phone but added a couple add-on's w/ the technician after his recommendations after seeing our pet-stained carpet. We were told that our appointment would take place between 8-10 am Saturday morning and at 10 till 8 Nick, our technician, called and said he was 15-20 min away. He explained everything very thoroughly and wasn't pushy about the upgrades. We are SO happy w/ the result, after 3 years of other treatments the pet stains (AND smell) truly are gone!!!
The service technician that completed the tile and rug cleaning was very professional and thorough.
The service was ok. I paid extra in one room due to our dog. They said they were using additional product to get the stains out and the oder. After they were done that room had the worse smell. Paid a lot for just an OK job.
My carpets looked & smelled amazing after being cleaned & it didn't take all day either. Very fast & friendly service!

I like that there was not a lot of water used answer the carpet was clean and dry within four hours.
Todd, our service provider, was prompt, friendly and very professional. He answered all of our questions and helped us to understand what services were going to be performed. He suggested the stain protector, which we need for pet accidents, and it has proven to be a great add-on. Our pets have tested it a couple times since and the carpet cleans up easily with no residue. Thank you Todd and Zerorez for the great service. We will definitely use the company again when the time comes.
