Did great job and carpets are very clean. There was some cleaning fluid left on hard floor near carpet. Other areas had been wiped up. This one was just overlooked. Otherwise very pleased. Great service rep. Very friendly and professional. Thanks.

The technician was professional and did a good job on our very dirty carpet... really appreciated his work and the carpets look great.
The person who cleaned my carpeting did a good job of explaining what she would do, what to expect regarding any stain that may remain (which didn't) and also pointed out the discoloration that had occurred from using throw rugs. She also pointed possible problems with the carpet that was lifting at the seams. She also gave me the card for a carpet repairman that could fix the problem before it became a problem. I was very happy with her recommendation.

Sean Hankins did an AMAZING job on our carpet. I was very pleased with the service. Sean was also extremely courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family. The only issue that we had was that there is a small section behind my son's bedroom door that didn't get cleaned. It's like the door was left open and Sean forgot to close it and clean behind it, but it's a very small section that makes an elongated triangle. I'm sure that it was simply an oversight because we didn't even notice it right away.
Create a fair and reasonable quoting mechanism.
