You are singificantly more expensive than other providers, from Stanley Steemer onwards. So, I won't really go to anyone and tell them to buy a $5 apple when they can buy a similar one for $1? Clearly, each company is somewhat different with their product and it's effectiveness but if multiple companies achieve a customers overall goal of "clean carpets" with fairly similar results- the technical differences like the type of solution are largely negligible. But 200% price difference matters.
The low odor of course and the amazing job the technician on my nasty floors!
My carpets look great and smell clean! The technician was on time when he said he would be there. We did notice one small area that he missed, but Zerorez sent another technician out after we called them. All is well now and we are very happy.
I own a small café that serves between 275 - 300 customers a day. The carpet takes a beating.No matter what gets spilled on it, no matter how dirty it gets, Zerorez always gets it clean! Not only is it clean, it stays clean longer than it did with other companies I've used over the years and it dries twice as fast. I can have the carpets cleaned and 12 hours later be open again for business. I have owned my business for 21 years and Zerorez cleans the carpet better than any other company I've ever used.

Tech told me the grout lines were still wet when I pointed out they were still dark. I wish they could have been cleaned better because some of them are still dark. I had feline urine stains in the master closet from previous tenant, I paid 50 more for the extraction but unfortunately didnt completely come out. My experience wasnt bad I just wish the cleaning was better.
The reservation agent was knowledgeable and courteous. The carpet technician was also friendly and did a wonderful job!
Between the person who set up my appointment over the phone and the gentleman that came in to do the cleaning, I am truly impressed! Wonderful customer service, dedicated to doing the best for me. I felt like the gentleman that did the cleaning genuinely cared about me and my needs-- didn't feel like he was trying to push me into buying more than I needed but simply wanted to make sure I was taken care of and my floors looked great (which they did!). I will certainly be using zerorez for all of my floor cleaning needs.

Zerorez cleaned our carpets more than I thought it would!! The service technician was very nice, honest and professional. He walked us through the process and made us feel more comfortable about how to take care of our carpet. I will totally recommend to our friends and family.

Andrew was really knowledgeable and explained everything to me!! He also upsold me on the tile cleaning. It was great that I could add that on and he could stay and complete it instead of coming back, more than likely I wouldn't have done it! Everything looks fabulous
Almost everything came clean. Just a few spots of grout did not clean up.
