Zerorez has some of the best customer service of any company I've dealt with. Your techs are friendly and hard-working. My carpets are clean and dry QUICKLY! I've used Zerorez for years and won't let anyone else clean our carpets.

The technician was very friendly and very efficient. He worked diligently on our sofa and chair. The house smelled very clean after he was done. Since their products are green, I was very glad that it wasn't going to be harmful to my children, pets, and the Earth.
my 2 hour window was from 10-12 and the tech did not arrive until around 1 or 130. I had not receive a call stating he was running late. I had to call the office around 1145 to find out when i would receive my phone call stating he was on his way. They stated he was running late and should be there a little after 12. This delay messed up plans. if i would have known he was going to be way late i would have rescheduled and there would be no issues. They gave me $25 dollar discount but it really did not help matters only because it messed up my day and there was inefficient communication. dont get me wrong i appreciate the discount, but, because he was really, really, late. if he was only 10 or 15 minutes late it would be no big deal. i am not sure what you can do to make it right with me personally. for future customers, maybe changing some policies would help.

I love that there are no chemicals involved in the cleaning process!! I am always fearful of fumes or products being too harsh for my dog or nieces/nephews, but with Zerorez I no longer have to worry about that!
