Technician was respectable and did what I asked him; he was very helpful when I had some questions about my carpet and how to treat it.
For starters you didn't service my house, as this is not me. I suggest you tell the other Name removed that she needs to enter her correct information. Second, I keep getting emails from this person using different services. I hope this is not a case of Identity theft. If you suspect at all that she is giving false information, I suggest you contact the authorities as well as let me know because if so, she is using my name. Did she give you her social security number? I can give you the last 4 of mine to check it on if so.
