We are aware our technician was new. However. The carpets still have the same smashed carpet and smells that they had before we had them cleaned. The carpets are only 1 year old. Disappointing.

The price I was quoted when I made the appointment was not the price quoted / charged when the technician arrived. I was very disappointed and felt that I was misled as to the costs. The Tech did a good job and did what he could to make it right butthe price I ended up paying was 70 % higher than I was quoted. I would not likely recommend zerorez based on setting false expectations as to cost

We requested a specific tech and did not get him. It has been our experience that how well our carpet turns out depends on who comes out. We have given up on some stains and high traffic areas as they always return after a few days.
Damage to tile and baseboards. Thick black hair on baseboards, tile and door. Handprints. Informed me after the cleaning that they do not clean adhesive and sticky stuff from tile(which is why I had them come out) My tile looked the same as when I mop my floor. Not impressed.

if you're asking customers to add NOTES to the reservation section, then READ THEM. I asked for the driver to pull up to the garage area, but, naturally, he did NOT.
Mike was very courteous. He took the time to explain the cleaning process and answer all my questions. The results of his work were outstanding. I had a stain on my carpet for some time, and he managed to remove it. He was upfront with different extras and explained in detail so that I would understand what the difference was. Thanks again, Zerorez, for sending out a very reliable technician.

The service technician on Friday, June 21 did an amazing job, so courteous and we appreciate his efforts.
