Zerorez was the most professional carpet cleaning service my husband and I have ever used. From the initial estimate and appointment process through the carpet cleaning itself, we were pleased. The technician, Luke, was very professional, pleasant and did an extremely thorough job. He went so far as to notice the Veteran's license plates on my husband's vehicle and offered us a Veteran's discount. Zerorez exceeded my expectations.
