Technician was great, carpets look awesome!
Carpets look great, however now that the carpets have dried it smells like wet dog. We have one dog and the rooms didn't smell like this before. We vacuumed prior to the cleaning.
Technician was great, even gave me some information on carpet information.
The technician did a great job of explaining about what he was going to do and what to expect. I did however notice in 1 room that there are small grey spots

Sidney was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and kind. He took the time to clean until everything was perfect. We will be using Zerorez for all of our cleaning needs in the future, and hope Sidney is the man on the job! And my couch smelled great when he was finished!!

The tech that cleaned our carpet was very professional and did a wonderful job. Drying time was the best.
The gentlemen who cleaned my floor was excellent. Great service plus my tile floor and grout looked brand new.
Setting up the appointment and my communication was done all texting -- got a little annoyed by that. Would of preferred a phone call to cut down on the back and forth.
I would recommend improving your price --- thought it was too high . I told other friends as well and they same the same thing. I thought a fair price would of been $400 to $450. Instead $750 - but he was here so I went for it. Like I said great job -- would have to think twice about using you again.

I had 2 8x10 area rugs cleaned and a round rug cleaned The technician took 20 min to clean all 3 for $ 300. 00 He moved them out of the laminate floors and laid them in the driveway which I thought wAs strange Why not put plastic under them and leave them in the house. When he was finished He said they had to dry and was going to leave them in the driveway.I couldn’t believe what he was saying. I said they could not be left there as I needed to go out of the garage and my husband would be coming home Was I supposed to drive over them? I said let’s move them to patio and he was very abrupt and did not want to move them I certainly couldn’t lift them He did move them and he was not happy . What company would leave them to dry in the driveway? He never provided me with any bottle of cleaner like the last technician did when he cleaned our carpeting in the house 1 year ago. He also did not concentrate on a couple of spots. Very disappointed I think $300.00 was excessive for 20 min of cleaning. Never again. The technician appeared to be in a rush to get the job done.
