Technician tracked black dirt onto my tile and then my carpet from his tennis shoes prior to cleaning and during the spraying of the areas with stain remover. I asked if he was supplied booties and then he put them on saying he was going to clean up the mess via the cleaning process. All previous cleaners have worn the booties to prevent the additional mess in the first place. Previous experience last year with ZeroRez was a 10 and this experienced shows me that the quality of cleaning is inconsistent.

We liked the nice smell of the product used and that the associate was focused on his work and did an excellent job. We took advantage of the "special" and it was well worth it to clean carpeting in three rooms

The only thing that I noticed is that the bedroom. carpet was crunchy and hard when you walk on it. On your web page you state that the client wouldn't have that issue. The tech was very considerate and did a great job!

The technician was great, and the sales person and resulting price were very transparent. In general, the floors looked a lot better, but there were spots that looked pretty rough even after two passes at cleaning them. I ended up scrubbing several sections myself with a toothbrush to get them cleaned. I would equip technicians with some kind of hand touch up kit to do the same. My floors are now clean and sealed. I don't know that there is a way to make it more "right".

Clean, professional and prompt.

The tile was cleaned but not rinsed well; when I saw that the tile still looked dirty, I scrubbed it with a sponge and wiped it off with a damp paper towel and it was filthy. Also, there were several places with a white residue on the grout, so I had to wipe that off. It would be a good idea to have the cleaning crew return the next day after all is dry to see the results and fix anything not done well.

i've used Zerorez for years because they do the job right and protect corners of my house. I wish there were lower costs for us seniors because social security is tight. But my 25 year old carpet looks wonderful with the results.
