The employee who came to my house was friendly and very knowledgeable. My 21 year old carpet looked brand new when he was finished. Before I knew it he was done. He had me inspect everything. I wish I remembered his name. It was Derrick or Dylan I think. You will have a record of it. He said he worked for zerorez for 5 years.

There's no soap so there's no smell when complete. The carpet gets very clean and even the tough spots just disappear. I've used Zerorez for at least 10 year and will continue to do so!
