Very personable technician, easy to schedule, and thorough job done. We liked that after the carpet cleaning, there was no smell; it didn't have a chemical/cleaner smell, but the carpet no longer had the pet smell either.

I like the fact that Zerorez leaves nothing in my carpet and that is why I chose your company to clean my carpets. The man who came, Dash, was very polite, upbeat and helpful in sharing options I could choose to add. Overall, my carpets seem clean. In reality, it's hard to know how clean they get. Dash mentioned at the beginning that he was very quick and I didn't think much of it, After watching how fast he was cleaning, I can't help but wonder how much he actually got out of my carpet. I will consider Zerorez again, but I will say to the next person that comes that I expect them to go over the carpet more slowly. I hope my comments help.

Didn’t like that specials were advertised then when the appointment was set other fees were added on that weren’t advertised such as disposal fee, landing fee, etc. Would be more forthright if that was in the advertised special.
