How clean it gets

We've used your services several times and have always been happy with the way the carpets turned out. Your service people are prompt, courteous & and do a good job of cleaning up after they finish. Carpets smell nice but not overpowering and they tend to dry pretty quickly.

Daryl was very nice, informative, and focused. I appreciate that in a technician.

I was, however, a little bummed when I received in the mail the next day a promotion far better than the one I used ($109 for three rooms vs. $119 for three rooms plus a hallway, and additional $25 savings). I know Daryl also gave me some additional 'perks' which were much appreciated. I am a repeat customer and I wish there was an easier way to know my best time to choose your service to get the most bang for my buck when spending $600 - $720 per visit.

Team that came in, called before arriving. They were prompt and within requested time. I requested they protect the floor they crossed to go up and downstairs. They were happy to do it. Protected newly painted door frames. They were quick and thorough. The team was pleasant and courteous. The floors look great and looked perfect for our house showing. I highly recommend ZEROREZ.
